2018 marks the 50th Anniversary of summer retreat hosted by Full Life Christian Center, Oriental Christian Center, Chinese Assembly of God Los Angeles, Sacramento Christian Fellowship Assemblies of God. Join us along with guest speakers Dr. David Lim and Dr. Stephen Lim, pastors who started this annual tradition, in REMEMBERING God’s plan for your life and RENEWING your commitment in HIM.

Registration begins 04/22/18. Registering after May 20 is subject to a $50 late fee.
After 06/03/18, cancellation fees, up to full cost of registration, will be deducted from your refund pursuant to contract with Santa Clara University. Please contact Registration Team for more information.

|Single Adult||Married Couples|
|Deborah selects Single Occupancy for a private suite and will not have a roommate. She’ll share the bath area with the adjoining mini-suite. Lodging costs: $260||Ruth and Boaz select 2 Single Occupancy for 2 private mini-suites. They will not share the bath area with another couple. Lodging costs: $260+$260 =$520|
|David selects a Double Occupancy and wants to room with his buddy. He’ll share his buddy’s name with the registration team so they’ll be assigned to the same room. He’ll share the bath area with the adjoining mini-suite. Lodging costs: $212||Priscilla and Aquila select 2 Double Occupancy for a mini-suite and will share the bath area with another couple. Lodging costs: $212 +$212 =$424|
|1 Parent + Child(ren)/Teens||2 Parents + Child(ren)/Teens|
|Naomi, mom of 8-year old twins, selects Single Occupancy room for herself and her kids, who will sleep on the floor with sleeping bags they brought from home. She will use 1 bed but the other bed will not be used by her twins. Lodging costs: $260+$102+$102 = $464||Married couple Abraham & Sarah and baby will select 2 Double Occupancy for the themselves. The three of them will use 2 beds and share the bath area with another family or couple. Lodging costs $212+$212+$15 =$439|
|David, dad of a 10-year old and 15-year old, selects Double Occupancy for each family member. All three will have a bed. David and the 10-yr old will occupy one mini-suite. The teen will be assigned to share a room with another youth, in another mini-suite. Lodging costs: $212+$202+$202 =$616||Married couple Joseph & Mary with their 2 children under 8 years old don’t want to share the bath area with another young family. They select 4 Double Occupancy for the family to use 4 beds. Lodging costs: $212+$212+$202+$202 =$828|
|James, dad of a 7-year old selects Double Occupancy. James will share his bed with his son. He wants his brother John to stay with them so he’ll let the registration team know. John registers separately and the other bed will be assigned to him by the registration team. Lodging costs for James and son: $212+$102 =$314||Married couple Isaac and Rebekah and their 3-yr old, 8-yr old, and 11-yr old wish to stay together and not share the bath area with another family. They’ll share this preference to take up an entire unit with the registration team. They will occupy 3 beds; the younger ones will sleep with their parents; the fourth bed will not be used. Lodging costs: $260+$212+$202+$102+$15 =$791|
|College||Children 18 and under|
|High school graduate, Leah will be going to college in the fall. She selects Double Occupancy. Her friend hasn’t confirmed that she’ll be attending the retreat. The registration team will assign a roommate to share the mini-suite with her. Lodging costs: $202||16-year old Jude and his 18-year old brother Simon select 2-Double Occupancy. They’ll both have a bed and share the bath area with other youth in the adjoining mini-suite. Lodging costs: $202+$202 =$404|
This year, accommodations will all be under one roof at Graham Residence Hall in Mini-suites. Graham Residence Hall is a barrier-free building and elevator access to upper floors. A/C throughout building and mini-suites.
We want everyone who wants to attend the Retreat to be able to go. If you are seeking financial assistance, scholarships are available. Download the form. Complete and submit it to the pastor of your local church.
We will provide the Liability/Medical form for your signature after the registration period is closed.

Outdoor jungle/fitness bars, lawn-size chess set/board, ping pong tables. Outdoor basketball half court behind the Malley Fitness and Rec Center. One sand volleyball court between Dunne and McLaughlin Walsh buildings. (bring your own equipment)
Culture and Fellowship (Free)
– Mission Santa Clara (church and courtyard)
– de Saisset Art & History Museum
– Eight residence hall lounges and full kitchens for cooking and sharing. Bring own pots/pans, supplies and ingredients
– Lawn and picnic areas with BBQ fire pits
– Bikes and scooters allowed on campus (car free campus)
– Paved compact campus good for walking or jogging.
Optional Paid Recreation – Malley Fitness and Recreation Center
– Gym – $8/person/day entry fee to use weight room (18 years and up). Pay SCU staff at Malley Center.
– Courts – One court each will be set up for basketball and volleyball games. Max of 15 players at one time. $5/person playing on court, Saturday, 2-4 PM
– Outdoor Pool – Depth ranges from 3 ft. 6 in. to 7 ft. 6 in. Includes lifeguard. $5/person using pool, Saturday, 2-4 PM.
